Quality Services department is oriented toward the application of NDT
regulations. Its main activity is to support the NDT sub contractors
and main contractors to improve the quality of their process by
following properly the national / international set of requirement.
More than 40 companies are taking benefit of the knowledge and
experience of our experts, acting as a level 3 or NADCAP pre-auditors. Activities :
- Audit NADCAP and pre-audit NADCAP
NADCAP Accreditation A unique accreditation recognized by all prime contractors
- NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defence Contractors Accreditation
Program) Process and Product certification is provided by an
independent and unbiased Performance Review Institute (PRI). - NADCAP goes much further than current specifications to ensure quality of special processes of your business - NADCAP is needed for all companies that carry out special processes to create end products purchased by prime contractors - NADCAP accreditation provides to your company a : * Worldwide and recognized Non Destructive Testing quality * Unique audit for all prime contractors
* Unique audit for several NDT methods (MPI, FPI, Ultrasonic and X-rays)
NDT EXPERT is an COFREND/COSAC accredited examination centre for Aviation Qualification Audit once a year by the national board - COFREND is the French confederation for non destructive tests - COSAC is the Sectoral Aerospatial Committee of Certification of COFREND

- Method and technique
We help you to select method and technique for a specific inspection as
well as to prepare and verify the adequacy of procedures in the
qualified method.
- Check and approval You have the capability to check and approve Non Destructive Testing procedures and work instructions from Aerospace standard.
- To provide internal or external audits on NDT activity for production line and maintenance.
- To provide accreditations Pre-audit for NADCAP for non-destructive testing activity on production line. Initial and re-accreditation audit to PRI NADCAP (PRI organization)
To guarantee the quality of equipments
- Periodic checking is the way to guarantee that NDT equipments fulfil
the requirements of current standards and all inspections carried out
are relevant, in compliance with the specifications of the Customers /
Primes. - It is carried out using a normative support with gauged and calibrated equipments.
- A periodic checking is supposed to prevent breakdowns and represents
a starting point to change obsolete parts from the manufacturers /
suppliers. - It
gives a progress report on the ageing of equipments, thus allowing the
follow-up and the forecast of investments. Periodic checking can be
carried out : On site :
- No immobilization of the equipment
- No shipping costs
- No damage In NDT EXPERT buildings :
- Reduced immobilization (1 week maximum)
- Reduced cost (unit price by equipment)
